Elena Späth takes over the ADWKEO FINANCE ACADEMY
Knowledge and further development are very important to us.
In line with our guiding principle “We put you on the conveyor belt”, the Finance Academy is designed to give all ADWEKOs the opportunity to delve deeper into topics relating to the world of finance.
Since January 2024, Elena Späth has been responsible for the Finance Academy’s two training series (Basic & Advanced): “I have been working in Finance at ADWEKO since January 2023, supporting our FPSL implementation projects and contributing internally to our focus topics such as Commercial Banking and Sustainable Finance. In my previous career, I gained experience as a customer advisor at a bank and strengthened my knowledge of the financial world with my Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Management. I am therefore convinced that I can successfully promote the relevant topics within the Finance Academy. My aim is to keep you in tune with the financial world and to provide you with the best possible training in this area. Thanks to my open and honest manner, I am able to engage the audience in my training courses and take them on an exciting journey.“

WHAT IS BEHIND THE FINANCE ACADEMY
The Finance Academy comprises both the Basic and the Advanced series. Participants can expect an interactive training series with practical examples so that the knowledge they have learned is consolidated in a fun and easy way. At the Finance Academy, we attach great importance to continuously optimizing the main topics and keeping them up to date. Current trends in the world of finance are taken into account to ensure practical relevance. New content will be integrated into the training program in the current year. The Advanced training course covers the topic of taxes in the financial world, while the Basic series introduces key topics such as sustainable finance and the basics of automation and digitalization in the financial world.
In addition to the training series mentioned above, the Finance Academy offers a wide range of other training opportunities. One of the plans is to expand the range of FPSL training courses. As the new team lead of the Finance Academy, I am relying on the creativity and commitment of the entire team. Together we develop and implement innovative training concepts.
