    YOUR DIRECT ENTRY AS A CAREER STARTER

    In our extensive onboarding process, you will go through a number of stages before you start working for the customer to prepare you perfectly for everyday project work. This basically consists of two Welcome Days, which give you a quicker introduction and an understanding of our structures.

    With basic training, our cross-functional get-to-know-you calls and a 100-day interview, you will quickly be integrated into all processes within your probationary period. Depending on the project situation, we will integrate you into the practice as quickly as possible and include you in our project teams to work with the customer.

    Your team leader and mentor will accompany you from the very beginning in your first career steps and your personal development and will be there to answer all your questions.

    INTERNAL TASKS

    No two projects are the same – because every customer is individual and has different requirements. For example, in very heterogeneous system landscapes, new requirements and regulations must be implemented on a regular basis.

    The great advantage of this is that you always meet new people and new exciting and often unexpected challenges await you every day.

    The project duration varies depending on the task and the customer’s requirements. Thus, assignments of only a few weeks up to several years are possible.

    Depending on the scope of the project, you will work in a small, specialized team or in large, often multidisciplinary and cross-company consulting groups.

    The place of work is usually also the project location of the customer, which is why a willingness to travel throughout Germany is indispensable for you as a consultant. During the pandemic, many customers also offered the option of working from home, i.e. remotely. You are therefore free to choose your place of residence and you are not tied to one location.

    In addition to the daily project routine, you will have the opportunity to actively contribute to the design and sustainable success of ADWEKO. Examples of this are the appointment of internal committees, process optimisation, setting up and maintaining the company’s own SAP system, organising training courses or inducting new employees.
