PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

As the leading specialist insurer in crop production, the VEREINIGTE HAGEL (VH) offers innovative insurance solutions for sustainable protection against weather-related risks in agriculture as well as in wine, fruit and vegetable cultivation.

VH was faced with the challenge of adapting the security and efficiency of its IT administration in line with the supervisory principle of proportionality following its significant growth in recent years. The answer to the growing challenges was the introduction of the authorization system Omada Identity which 18 months ago initiated a pioneering journey for VH.

ADWEKO was in charge of this implementation project and ensured a smooth change process, among other things. Other highlights from the project implementation included the comprehensive integration of relevant applications and target systems, the establishment of efficient Identity and Access Management (IAM), the recertification of authorizations for the entire organization, ensuring compliance with current requirements and the acceptance and understanding of VEREINIGTE HAGEL‘s own employees.
