Placement initiation service AT NORD/LB
HIGHLIGHTS FROM OUR PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION

As one of the leading German commercial banks, NORD/LB Norddeutsche Landesbank – Girozentrale – is assigned to the S-Finanzgruppe and is one of the national system-relevant banks in Germany.

In order to drive forward the digitalization of placement processes in the context of NORD/LB’s new IT infrastructure and at the same time increase process speed and time-to-market, NORD/LB was faced with the challenge of independently designing and implementing an innovative front-end application on a modular microservice basis for asset distribution at the Hanover, London, New York and Singapore locations.

ADWEKO accompanied the entire project life cycle as part of the introduction of the new placement initiation service, from the connection, integration and implementation of customer-specific requirements to the conception, development, management and completion of the project. She was also responsible for project management, business analysis, implementation and application management.

The application has created a blueprint for further digital enablers and innovative ways of connecting other modular systems.
