CHRISTOPHER THEES BECOMES DIRECTOR AT ADWEKO

We are very proud to announce the promotion of Christopher Thees to the career level Director.

June 01, 2023 – After starting at ADWEKO at the beginning of 2021, he has been responsible for Finance as Team and Division Leader since last year and has made incredible progress since then. His tireless efforts, his qualities as a leader as well as the cultrual fit in the company are an enrichment for the whole ADWEKO.

It was therefore not surprising that Christopher was able to fully meet the high demands and ambitious expectations of the management and the Extended Board, and thus to commit himself to his new challenge.

His business case covered many different innovation topics that he would like to drive forward together with his division. Here, the focus is primarily on coaching: not only his team, but also across ADWEKO, he will act as a mentor and teacher, coordinate projects across divisions, exemplify best practices, and act as a lead. Among others, the topics of accounting, group reporting, process optimization, data governance and commercial banking are of great interest.
