Our longtime partner d.vinci invited two of our ADWEKO’s, Patrick Thumm & Hanns Kordes, for an interview on the topic “Working together in partnership”.

Patrick came on board as a student worker in 2017 and has become a significant member of the sales team. Among other things, he takes care of the partner management and therefore has a lot of contact to d.vinci. Patrick followed the path from the idea to the release of the recruiting software from the beginning.

Hanns Kordes is responsible for recruiting at ADWEKO. Thus, he was able to incorporate his own professional experience over the years. While Hanns does not originally come from the business analytics field, he turned out to be the perfect fit to get the project rolling.
