ADWEKO goes ITIL® was the motto when our meeting room became a training room for three days.
Information Technology Infrastructure Library, or ITIL® for short, is a collection of best practice suggestions for the effective and efficient operation of IT services. In the 1980s, the library was commissioned by the British government to improve the quality and costs of IT services. These best practice proposals have become globally recognized under the ITIL® name.
Our ADWEKO consultants are ITIL® certified. For this purpose, our employees undergo a three-day course with a final examination. The training courses for colleagues at Bank Analayzer and Business Warehouse Maintenance in the Managed Services division take place on a regular basis. The last of these courses took place in August and was held on our premises by a certified trainer in Stuttgart.
After three days of smoking heads and burning sticks, the certification exam for our committed colleagues was on the agenda. Well prepared, the participants took the one-hour exam and new ITIL®-certified consultants left them again.
The aim is to apply the learned best practice suggestions to the daily work of our customers.
